TL;DR: Currently, the "Confirm Window" hotkey exits the Train Stop's change name dialogue without applying the change. I suggest it should apply the change.
I like trains. I make a lot of blueprints with trains. In order to speed up some repetitive UI interactions, I rebound the "Confirm Window" function to a mouse button. This is great for blueprints and reduces the number of small UI button clicks or mouse-keyboard hand transitions required to make an update. Unfortunately, this does not work for renaming train stops. The "Confirm Window" function does not perform the Checkmark "Apply" action in the train stop dialogue, it closes the dialogue without applying the change.
This uses "Confirm Window"
This does not
As far as I have been able to discover, there is no other function in the Controls Settings that governs the train stop name change "Apply" button.

Works already for me, chances are you have the key double bound or are not actually using the correct one.

Double checked all of my binds (no double binds on that button) and turned off all my mods. The confirm button still doesn't work to apply train name changes.
I also just confirmed this behavior using a different bind. Can you double check that you aren't using the default Confirm Window bind? I think the train stop Apply button is hardcoded to Enter.
Edit: I'm certain that I'm using the right key and function in the Settings page. I use this all the time for saving updates to blueprints.

Yep that did it. Would you object to me opening a suggestion that behavior of this key should be consistent between the editor and the game?
