Credetials asked in the headless server

Hi,
I'm running factorio 1.1.87 as headless server a linux VPS.

I turned off both public and lan visibility and set user verification to false.

I can connect with my windows client but when I do, I get prompted with the server asking for username and password.

Why is this happening?
