游戏存档云故障

现象：存档后，同步云。第二天在玩，同一台电脑，却是前一天已经被覆盖掉的存档又出现了。云的存档不能被更改了吗？反正现在玩不了了。玩多久都会档案消失，然后变成三天前的存档。没法玩了啊？请帮忙解决为盼
