[1.1.87] Search is case sensitive in locales other than English

Hello.

There is a bug/feature in the game: search in Russian is case sensitive, while in English it is insensitive.
Examples:
Search "stone" in Russian - no results


"Stone" starts with a capital letter - there are results


"stone" in English starts with a small letter - there are results


Please make search in Russian case insensitive.
