[1.1.87] Crash on start: "SDL Error: Haptic error"

[1.1.87] Crash on start: "SDL Error: Haptic error"

I think im in version 1.1.87 and everytime i boot it up it gives me an error message and not sure what the solution is tried rebooting then doing a fresh install, tried fresh install and then reboot, nothing working and need help figuring this out.
