Can you help me with this LTN combinator modernized ?

Hello,

in my previous version of LTN combinator, the requester treeshold was set <30,000 (if the buffer is under 30,000 bring cargo)

I am really struggeling with LTN combinator modernized with oil...
I want this setup : when the buffer is bellow <30,000, bring me the 70,000 oil.
I tried all the combinations but neither of it was right, am struggeling for 2 days.

Here is the image of current setup <25000, bring 75,000, but for no reason when from 100k, 25,000 is missing (so I have 75k fluid, train brings 25k fluid) I had this setup on LTN Combinator Fix, I think was the name of the mod.

Did you try -100.000 oil, and 70.000 request threshold?

100.000 ist the maximum that will be delivered.
Request threshold: Don't schedule deliverys until 70.000 are missing.
Result: Scheduling starts at 30.000
