Crashes on launch: "Failed to get SDL_DXGIGetOutputInfo."

Crashes on launch: "Failed to get SDL_DXGIGetOutputInfo."

The game immediately crashes on launch. I have applied all updates, all software and hardware. There currently no mods installed and I have uninstalled and reinstall to make sure there wasn't a problem with the installation.

Try to reinstall your graphics driver.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics card drivers worked.
