Help please - spaceship trouble

I built this spaceship from parts found in game, I currently have all of the required science researched. I have a couple of levels of spaceship integrity researched. So there are two ion engines with four ion booster tanks, there is one rocket engine with 5 rocket booster tanks, and there is power. I cannot get the console to show anything in the launch energy bar so it just keeps saying I need fuel in the booster tanks. I have tried Holmium accumulators but they just flash without any charge. Space ship is fine to fly - I have tried everything - please help.
