I am using an AMD FX-6300 6-core 3.5 GHz, 16 GB memory, AMD Radeon 6500 XT at least 4 GB memory (22.6.1 - last update I can download), Win7-64 -- I plan on updating to Windows 10 pro and upping memory to 32 GB, but need to build new system first which is taking a while to to health issues.
The issue is that within an hour of starting any factorio game, the buttons that need to be pressed using the cursor for any menu or toolbar require the cursor to be up to 1/2 inch (1 cm) below actual location of the button or toolbar. Also, often the toolbars where you can access items are often doubled, one just below the other one.

Any ideas as to what may be causing this problem?
