Factoeio say no space in steamcload but cload is disabled

Factoeio say no space in steamcload but cload is disabled

Hi there, since some days my factorio say teh steamcload are full. I have never used the steam cload, the cload are disabled and i have proved it they arent savegame. How can i factorio say that is all ok.
