[1.1.74] MacOS: W+CMD+V Occasionally closes the game

[1.1.74] MacOS: W+CMD+V Occasionally closes the game

MacOS: When I am in-game and running upward, if I try to cmd+v to paste in my latest copied items, the game will close abruptly.

This is likely because it is conflicting with the macOS default of closing windows with CMD+W.
It is inconsistent however. Occasionally the game correctly swallows the W+cmd+v signal, and other times it crashes.

Let me know where to find the log files (macOS+Steam) and I am happy to upload if it helps
