[0.14.23] Crash on Hugo. failed to create a display

So i've been installing Factorio on android as my favourite game. But when i launch it I see a factorio black screen for a split second and see an error "failed to create display". I tried to see why, and in the log saw that select_pixel_format failed without any loads. Ran a Factorio_test.exe and everything loaded succesfully, but not in the game, but log.
As I understand, the problem is in OpenGL, but as i saw that default_config is almost empty, I thought that the problem is in it, so I deleted it hoping it should be rewrited. But it didn't rewrite itself...
There is a huge trouble that is impossible for me to solve, so I hope there are some kind people).
