[1.1.69] Tooltip shows pollution when pollution is disabled

[1.1.69] Tooltip shows pollution when pollution is disabled

When pollution is disabled in map settings the tooltips still show the pollution production rate.

I did a search and couldn't find anything. Sorry if it has been reported already.

Thanks for the report however I'm going to say this is "ok" to work like this. We don't hide pollution anywhere in the game when it's disabled and unless someone wants to sign up to go over everything in the game and make it hide under some conditions I think it's fine to leave as is.
