is there a mod that adds more spases to the shortcut bar as the 12 is not enuth for me

Under settings-> interface -> other -> shortcut bar you can add up to two more rows to the shortcut bar for a total of 24 available shortcuts. That should be plenty. Unfortunately it’s not possible to add even more spaces to the shortcut bar with a mod, unless you create a completely new GUI.
I also suggest, that you try to use keyboard inputs for the most common shortcuts. That way you can save some slots. Especially the keyboard inputs for the copy and paste tools and for getting new blueprints, deconstruction and upgrade planner are quite easy to remember and intuitive to use. You can also change the default keyboard inputs under settings-> controls -> tools or add ones two shortcuts that don’t have them defined by default. For example I use ctrl + B for a blueprint book.
