High wait for update

Looking for some help playing space exploration mod with krastorio 2 recently i started to get horrible fps drops with a stable ups. what i cant understand is why only happens on this one system. If the game is hosted on the system others can join and i get 60 fps/ups if i join a game hosting the same saved game on a local network i get sub 30 fps. and joining the externally hosted server it ranges from 5 to 60 mostly sitting around 20 fps. 2080 ti shows 3% usage in task manager and i have a single core showing 80% utilization with 7 others at 10% Ryzen 7 2700 OC to 3.8. the debug view for factorio shows wait for update at 180 so i'm not sure what i'm missing

Post a screenshot with all the debug settings from 68653 while the issue is present and post client and if possible the server log file.

The client machine is not fast enough and falling behind the server, check the previously linked topic on how to slow down the server.
