Reset achievements, tips and shortcuts bar.

Game via Steam, cloud disabled, game with mods.

1-4 times a week, when I start the game, I get a changelog. When I load the game, I again get dozens of in-game achievements, full screen. (Produce 100,000 iron per hour, etc.). A dozen already viewed hints from the left of the screen. And I lose the shortcut bar.
I can only unlock blueprint shortcuts with the command: /unlock-shortcut-bar (drone technology has already been researched).
What to do?
On the mods tab, you re-login to your account.
Complete replacement of the %AppDate%\Factorio folder does not return labels.
