Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a blueprint of a rocket silo with 4x prod-3-modules in it
2. Put 4x prod-3-modules on the ground where the silo will be built
3. Make sure no prod-3-modules are available in the logistic network. (Otherwise bots will get stuck hovering with modules over the rocket silo forever after the next step)
4. Place the silo, the modules from the ground will be inserted automatically, BUT the 4x prod-3-module request will still be there even though all module slots are full.
Expected behaviour is that the 4x prod-3-module request should disappear.
5. Prepare the rocket for launch.
6. Make prod-3-modules available to the logistic network, bots will proceed to insert them into rocket cargo.
7. If 'Auto-launch with cargo' is checked, the rocket will automatically launch with prod-3-module as cargo.

Thanks for the report. In the next release, entities will subtract items collected from ground (modules in your case) from requested items which should fix the issue.
