[1.1.53] Mouse cursor is not visible on windows 11 with HDR monitor

[1.1.53] Mouse cursor is not visible on windows 11 with HDR monitor

Mouse cursor is not visible in game when game window is on monitor with enabled HDR and mouse pointer style is "inverted".
I have tried all in-game grafics settings, but they do n t seem to affect the problem. It also persists in windowed mode.
I have also tried other fullscreen games, but this problem is specific to factorio.

I am using windows 11 (build 22000.434).
