Using Assembling Machine 2 or 3, you can make concrete or refined concrete. When trying to make hazard concrete or refined hazard concrete, the Assembling Machine can not be turned and does not have a liquid port.

I see no bugs here. Refined hazard concrete recipe only requires normal concrete as an ingredient (its not an alternative recipe, it is next step of the processing)
