Just bought - missing one scenario

I'm brand new here, and ready to start getting confused!

Anyway . . . I bought the furnace attendant membership, that comes with the scenario pack.

I am missing the Supply Challenge scenario. I have the Transport Belt Madness and Tight Spot missions in my campaign list, but not Supply Challenge.

Why didn't it download with the scenario pack? How do I get this mission, please?

Play -> Custom scenarios -> Supply

I think a campaign is a set of maps with different victory conditions, wich you have to play in an order and a senario is only on map.
