Roboports would have 2 module spots. (Maybe 3 spots??)
Speed - Robots Charge Quicker. Lv1 Module 5% Faster Charge. Lv2 10% Faster Charge. Lv3 15% Faster Charge.
Efficiency - Use less power to charge robots. Lv1 Module 5% Less Power. Lv2 10% Less Power. Lv3 15% Less Power
Productivity - Extend Logistics (Orange) Range. Lv1 Module +1 Range. Lv2 +3 Range. Lv3 +5 Range
I think these are balanced enough but suggestion are welcomed.

Re: Modules for the Roboport
Interesting concepts. I actually would prefer module slots be set in them to designate zones or other ports / chests that they work with. Having them all in the same network is quite limiting in many configurations.
Re: Modules for the Roboport
I wanna add something to this:
Why not include the mobile roboport module (the one for your armor) as well ? It could increase the number of charging stations on that roboport

I'd probably say you should let the values on the module detemine the amount these things are affected, and simply stick with speed = charge speed, effectivity = well, same, consumes less power, and productivity = increases the zone area range.
