[0.12.0] Slight Intermittent Freezing

Its hard to see at 30fps, but if you notice the FPS counter, when it drops from 54ish to 50 ish, that's when the freezing occurs

It might be related to thread where there is a talk about using game speed set to 1.0001.
It helped with those intermittent freezes also.

Just tested, and this fixed it instantly, FPS and UPS both stable at 60.0 now, thank you!
