Factorio 0.12.2 Build 16229, win64 multiplayer Freeze

Hello!

I got the problem that the game is freezing random in the multiplayer. When i leave the game it continues after a short time for the other players but when i stay ist wont.
Do you have an idead what could cause this?

Edit: I just saw that it would be maybe better in bug reports?
Could somebody shit it there?
