[0.12.2] [kovarex] Train cannot path to station (re)built by drones

Post by deepdriller »

One of my train station was eaten by the biters. I let the drones rebuild it, after all, it automatically gets the old station's name!
But the train then stopped with a "no path" error.
I found out that the error doesn't occur if the train is too close to the station.
Manually rebuilding the station fixes the problem.

I was trying to reproduce the problem without any success. Do you have the save in the situation before it happens? Or, do you have way to reproduce it?

I'm not entirely sure. I did not observe my base being eaten, but it could be possible that the error occurs if the station is rebuilt before the connecting rail is placed.
EDIT: Correction. I manually destroyed my train station and had it rebuilt by drones. This alone was sufficient for the pathfinding to break down.
WHat did you try?

I did exactly the same, but the path was just one roundabout, I added one junction, and now I'm able to reproduce :)
