It is really veeeery soon to think about this now, I don't even know how does it work on steam.
But I would like to assure you, that we have no intentions of forcing anyone to pay twice, is this answer good enough ?

so what if i donate like 10 bux to the game through indiego. i can mail them and ask for the alpha but what when they release it on steam if it gets greenlighted and u own the game through factorio.

This was asked already.
If you paid for the game, we will do all what we can to not force you to pay again.
IF we ever get on steam, and if it is possible to give access to people who already bought the game, we will definetly do that.

Ok then. It's weird because it doesn't appear when "search" for "factorio" within the Greenlight tab.

This is just posted as Concept now (we think that the game is not finished enough to apply for the greenlight).
When we try to get on steam (with greenlight), we will let you guys now ofcourse.

I do not think you need to go on greenlight. If the community continues growing at this rate, this should not be necessary !!!
