map scrolling speed

We usually have really big maps in MP
The issue is that scrolling speed of the map is too slow.

Please increase it.

I think the general gist is good, but simply increasing the speed may result in the map being unusable at closer zooms (which are still useful!).
Maybe something like making the speed go up as you zoom out? Or make the scrolling speed x10 while holding Control (or any other configurable key).

Fun idea: make scrolling speed based on zoom like you'd expect from game like this.

Actually, I believe this is the case for 0.12 but the variation is not that big. (The scroll speed definitely increases when detach from body and zoom out in normal view.)
The slider in menu would be definitely helpful anyway.

Also, the other common trick in modern interactive maps is the zoom to cursor instead of center of screen. Might be nice as well.
