[0.12.0] Darkshadow's Evolution

Updated it to be compatible with Factorio 0.12.0, correcting changed variables, keys, and nodes.

No problem. I needed your mod to be .12 compatible so I could testmy own mod, which is an add-on to yours

I made some changes to the technologies as I was bumbling through the changes, no changing of numbers, just replacing functions for lists while I de-bugged. You may want to take a look through, make sure everything is how you want it.

Hello!
I'm getting an error with Evolution everytime i try to attack an enemy spawner.

The notice reads: "Error while running the event handler: __Evolution__/control.lua:111:attempt to index global 'surface' (a nil value)"

Otherwise works like a charm ;)

I made it work on the modpack thanks to friendly guys in the IRC :P Ill try and throw it on the mods forum somewhere.

no fix yet for that lua ? i realy need a fix dont want to start from scratch
btw thx once done
i just needed this mod for alien wall but now im gonna edit stuff to use without evo

Check the original thread, I think Darkshadow got some of the issues fixed. Let me know if you run into any problems with Alien Wall, I haven't spent much time actually playing it, lately...

i get the same error as mrdormouse
and now it broke my whole save i cant expand more without killing biter base but crash of lua everytime i get too close

I've got a lot of errors fixed. But many remain unfortunately... :x Its very frustrating and dealing with the modpack aswell. Its very hard to keep everything up. But for the record. This should make it somewhat stable... dont use any of your own biters or own hives... it will crash your game. Worms & Walls are fine. You shouldnt get issues in MP either
