[0.12.0] Trees are killing my performance with "All" vram

For others with the same Problem:
on previous version i had no problems at all, but on 0.12.0 i need to change vram to high. Otherwise the game is onplayable, even on a new map.

But: this Version is very choppy for me. if iam running around i get microlags every few seconds. On the old version i never had any lag, even on multiplayer, but now the movent isnt smoothy (on constant 57 fps).

What video card do you have and how much VRAM does it have?

I have an AMD 6950 with 1GB vram.

If it helps my GPU uses ~1100MB of VRAM +-50MB depending on the ammount of trees on screen.
