[0.12.0][Twinsen] Wire condition can't be copied

Hi,

I can't copy (shift + right mouse ...) wire condition between pumps.

For 0.12.1, copy pasting now works for Small pumps and Offshore Pumps. Also you can copy paste circuit network conditions between Inserter, Lamp, Pump and Offshore Pump.
