My trains still hate each other. Placing signals messes it all up, and I don't know what to do.
I would prefer screenshots over a fixed world save if it isn't too hard to do. Thanks!
(BTW if you saw this before I revised it, the train unloading is completely changed. Hopefully this base will be complete enough soon to upload it in "Share your Creations")

The rail signals is placed on the right side of the direction of travel of the train.
If there is branching, put the rail signal on each branch.
If there is a merger, put the rail signal in front of him at every branch.
If there is a crossroads, rail signals protect the entrances to it and put rail signals at the exit to open the passage.
If the two-way traffic on the track, provides a set of rail signals for each direction separately.
I think that it's done that way. In any case, the train will drive, and drive without collisions.
