Changing location of mods, saves, etc?

Basically, I'm moving my factorio install to my D drive (It's faster, and with like 60 mods that'll help with loading)
The filepath I would like to have them would be something like
D:\Games\Factorio\mods
Looked around online and in the forums, but I couldn't really find much to help

The easiest way to move the entire install is to download the zip version, and unzip it in D:\Games.

If you just want to move the mods and saves folders, you can edit config.ini:
