my-paysafe account being forced for people in germany

my-paysafe account being forced for people in germany

I wanted to buy the game, but when i go to the gopay for paysafe card it asks for a "my paysafe"-account which i don't have and i can't simply enter my code.
is this intended? (i don't want to register at paysafe ....)

edit 1:
actually this only happens when the location on paysafe-site is set to germany
edit 2:
switched to differnent loation and nw it tells me: "A payment using this PIN is only possible with my paysafecard." (works fine on steam)
edit 3:
i let a friend check if it would work for him but same problem
