any good tech can help me diagnose my trouble?

sry my bad english
my cpu was becoming slower and slower since 2-3 month. some loading took a while, fps low on few games. opening chrome take 3-4 secs, it was 1/2 -1 sec
running factorio with 19-30 fps, was 60 (+)
on some animations, i have a lag every 4 seconds.. all downloads take an eternity
...
was suspecting a graph card bust
yesterday, i finally decided to format the hard drive, in case of virus/malware/ect..
3 times in a row, i got an error message like i havent enough space on drive, to finaly be able to instal win7
there i started to suspect my hard drive
installing was almost ok, updating was a pain
..
here my specs
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor on ASUS M5A97 R2.0 MotherBoard
2X4 Gig G.Skill DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6570 1Gig
Western Digital 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal

Lemme give you some suggestions:
1. Try to erase all partitions from the hard drive. Leave it without any partition, then create the desired partitions.
2. Try downloading CPU-Z to see if you see anything wrong with your system. From RAM clock, to GPU clock or the CPU clock. Match those with the expected (like it should show the processor clock 3.5 GHz when on load. Be sure to run a heavy application or a game to test this.)
3. Check to see the temperatures of your system with CPUID HWMonitor. If you see anything abnormal (like AMD processors, from my experience, shouldn't go higher than 70ºC ON LOAD).

Test those out for us to see some results.

when i had format, i had removed all existing partition, for a fresh new install
i have cpu-z, all seems normal, maybe except a detail , but i think that was a mistake when i have order my parts, i have order a Vishera cpu, but its a Zambezi.. after verification, all codes on boxes and all was exactly the same, so i think its a shipping error.

core voltage move from 0.9 to 4.5
temperature is perfect, never go more than 45 C ( i have clean my tower not long ago, a Antec Nine Hundred)
when i run the MSI Konbustor benchmark , the fps is about 6-8.. i remember when i had buy these cpu parts , it was running about 100-110 fps if im right
.. im still guessing about the graph with these bad fps.. but the error on formatting, long time for loading, even emptying the garbage take much more time , make me feel bad about the HD.. if not both.. no way, not BOTH

Well, now it's up to some parts to detect the issue. Let's try to track down to smaller parts:
1. Run the following benchmarks for your hard drive: http://www.hdtune.com/ http://crystalmark.info/software/Crysta ... dex-e.html
- See if you get anything weird over here. On a normal 7200 like yours you should have maximum theorical 60mb/s, but the real is around 25-30

2. Run any GPU benchmark you want to see the results. Must be a GPU only one, like this one http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/

3. Next test your RAM to see what it reports: http://www.memtest86.com/

4. Now we wanna test your CPU. I have no suggestion of a good CPU benchmark for you =\

If we don't discover the issue here, try the below

5. Try running an overall benchmark to see what it reports, maybe it can track down the issue: http://www.futuremark.com/benchmarks/3dmark

We'll find the issue somewhere, but it doesn't end there, Depending where we find the issue, the actual problem may be on the Motherboard itself. I have an identical MB to yours, so I know it's a good one, but it may be having some hardware issues.

I'm no expert, we're just trying to corner down the issue to see if we solve. The final test is to get another piece (from a friend for instance), replace your and test. If the issue solves, done =D

after cleaning all shits your links gives with the programs , i have tested and have these results... (image down)
but with memtest86, this one was endless.. all pass never end, stalled at -

was at 16% of that test
.. when i see it stalled on first pass, i skip that test .. it started second pass and got an error

Well it seems we have a possible candidate: RAM or the MB.

1. Try running one of these:

I think with that we can track down the issue to being or the RAM or the MB. Sorry if programs have extra software, they didn't about 2-3 years ago.

just as it right now.. the first link you give required a floppy drive for a bootable drive... A FLOPPY.. DAMN these guys are freaky damn late in technology.. tell me, did you have a floppy in your cpu???

Well, under linux you just install memtest in system and then boot into it instead of your OS. But you can't do it in windows, becouse this is windows. Sorry.

ok well, memtest86+ was way much faster.. and as i have read on it , more reliable.
it found no error, and pass all test without any trouble
novabench, here the result, i even try my internet speed, but all fine there too

Also, you might want to try reseating some components. RAM, GPU, drive cables, power cables. I dont advise reseating the cpu. Not worth the trouble of dealing with paste, risk of damage. While you have the case open, check that all the fans are running.

Something is wrong over there. The nova results shows everything ok. Or the RAM is not good, or the MB is bad, or it's simpler: driver issue. Maybe catching another Windows install disc (from torrent?) and trying it out, and downloading the latest drivers from the internet.

i run your passmark, and see all tests seems ok, i havent post more images of others benchmarks i already run, but i have run them many times for each, just posting one which have almost the same score to all test

well, i doubt its my windows dvd, cause the trouble was here before i have format the HD. and all drivers are up-to-date. anyway, i found a friend (the friend of a friend ) who have a spare HD ...
anyway, i wanted to buy a flash drive(i think its called like that ), so i think ill buy it sooner than expecter
