Since it's apparently more likely that a feature request is implemented if it's reported as a bug, I'm going to repost this here(originally posted Aug last year).
This one has been bugging me for a long time, as I need to enable or disable multiple mods every time I record.
Steps to reproduce:
Double click a mod in the mods list.
It doesn't enable/disable.
[0.11.16] Double clicking mod doesn't enable/disable it

So far the trend has been that stuff stickied in here is stuff that the devs want to implement, take heart fish

I think the devs are doing an outstanding job in communicating with the community and Factorio would certainly not be the game it is if they weren't. However, at least I fully understand that they cannot chase or even comment every idea or request that is out there. Ultimately, they are the experts on the game and have a vision in what it should be. So I think we should be grateful for all the ideas and requests they implement, but understand that they don't in some cases.

Kovarex moved this topic to Suggestions and made it sticky, and I moved it to "ready for implementation" subboard cause I thought it would be a good idea to put all the topics into, that are marked as sticky.
But now I want to clear that subboard, cause it has obviously no relevance for the devs and so I'll move this one to "confirmed bugs" (even knowing that this is not a bug, but wanted to be implemented). Perhaps it's already implemented. In any case it's in my opinion not useful to keep it into Suggestions, cause there it is out of view of the devs.
Hope I didn't make things more worse.
