Light and Heavy Oil input on Chemical Plants

Im not actually sure this is a bug, but since the last version the input for light and heavy oil at the chemical plant when i try to create flamethrower fuel have changed places.

A friend of mine and me used to directly attach the chemical plants to the oil raffinery which isnt possible anymore.
