[0.11.16] Detail Info view turns off while alt tabbing

Was not sure to post this under feature request or bug reports however when alt tabbing to another window, detail info view toggles leading to always having to toggle it back on when switching back to Factorio.

Perhaps change it to toggle detail info view upon alt release rather than alt pressed?

Absolutely. However I do like alt being the key to enable the detailed info view. As I said, it seems like a bug to me that the game reads my key input while I'm changing focus away from Factorio to another window.

Problem is, tab is pressed after alt for alt-tabbing. The game registers alt before that and toggles off the detailed view.

It could be worked around, sure, but it would mean having a special handler for a very specific case.

Or just acknowledge the Alt press when it's released, since it's a modifier key.
