Provide icon for general item signal

TL;DR

Provide icon for general "item" (signal).
There is the icon for general fluid (signal), but no corresponding icon for item, just "signal-item-parameter"; it's not quite the same.

Why?

I was missing some functionality in the game, so I tried to create my own mod to do this. Its prototype is almost ready, just some polishing left, but during this I noticed I am lacking icon to describe general item; there is icon for "item signal parameter", but it's not quite it and since there is icon for general fluid (signal) that looks so good, I can't unsee it.

I hope I can get vanilla icon for that, especially that it could be used by others without any dependency.

Just FYI: unmodded Factorio will generally allow the player to select whatever virtual signal they want for cases like this. They might have a default (usually a letter), but you get the option to specify the signal you'd rather use if you prefer a different one. So you might want to incorporate that functionality into whatever mod you're making here.
