Maraxsis contains an oxygen meter GUI element that is currently hardcoded to a particular pixel position relative to the bottom-left corner of the screen. This element is intended to be placed relative to the player's Tool Window, but that is not currently possible, so a hardcoded pixel position is used instead.
This solution becomes unworkable when the player enables the "Tool window next to quickbar" interface setting, which moves the tool window away from where Maraxsis assumes the Tool Window will be.
The ideal solution to this problem is to allow us to place GUI elements relative to the Tool Window, causing these GUI elements to automatically shift relative to the Tool Window, making hacks like specific pixel offsets obsolete.

Re: Allow placing GUI elements relative to the Tool Window
+1, this one is annoying to deal with since you can't read its position, only assume it'll be in one or the other. Would be useful for https://mods.factorio.com/mod/hide-uis as well.
