[StrangePan][2.1.19] Unable to switch to ghosts after I begin dragging belts

It used to be that I could drag belts to the edge of my engineer's reach, and then (while still holding down the mouse button) press Shift on my keyboard to drag ghosts instead. This behavior has been ingrained into my muscle memory for some time, so I do it without thinking.

Now in the latest update, the shift key has no effect unless I press and hold it *before* dragging belts.
