[StrangePan][2.1.18] Can't throw grenades and capsules
With 2.1.18 now you can't use grenades, capsules and military robots, but fish eating still works

Oh, so that's the update doing that, I was thinking it was a broken mod, so I nuked all my mods and still had the issue. I reset my controls to default and still had the issue. I was on my way to obliterate my install and reinstall from scratch. Thanks for saving my headache.

Can confirm, cannot throw grenades, place construction bots or destroyers and can't throw capsules.
I haven't lost my mind, it's backed up on tape somewhere.
