[2.1] Add actual research per science pack factor to Biolab UI (combined drain and productivity)

TL;DR

Include research per pack in the UI of biolabs.

What

In the current UI you get the following two values:

• Productivity: +XX% (+64% in the example above)
• Science pack drain: 50%

First of all, I am very confident that most people will not intuitively understand what those values mean when both are taken into consideration.
Thanks to Tertius in this thread we know the formula is simply this:

research science = (1 + productivity bonus) / drain

But this arithmetic operation is not something you simply do in your head on the fly, at least I don't.

And I would really appreciate it if the UI included an additional line so it looked like this:

• Productivity: +XX% (+64% in the example above)
• Science pack drain: 50%
• Effective research per science pack: 3.28
  OR
• Effective research factor: ×3.28
  OR
• Effective research: 328%

The same could also be applied to the research lab.
Sidenote: The "pollution" metric should be moved above or below these related lines, too, while we're at it.

Why

As is evident in this thread, among others, and to anyone who actually ever tried to do the math: It is not a simple arithmetic most people can do in their head.

And this would really be help around so many things regarding planet-specific research, especially for Aquilo.
