[Genhis][2.1.17] platform requests exactly 1 repair kit

I've got a platform in fulgora orbit, damaged by asteroids. It would be able to survive, if supplied with repair kits.
Auto request missing construction material requests exactly 1 kit, no matter how damaged the ship is.

I expected it to overdeliver on building material as described in FFF 441. There's no custom minimum payload for repair kits defined. It has sent countless deliveries with 1 repair pack each.

Looks like a case of mixed rocket logic not handling the request as expected. It previously made a request for 1 and would get 1 rockets worth due to the auto minimum amount being 1 rockets worth.
