Alert when an inserter is not fast enough to pick up

There can be situations when an inserter is not fast enough to pick up an item, usually a yellow one on higher tier belts, but even on yellow belts from a curve:

So especially for new players it could be useful to see an alert about "inserter too slow to pickup" or something.
Or maybe just an event for mod shenanigans.

Sorry but you are supposed to look at what you build and see if it actually works. On top of that, I always found it a enjoyable learning experience to figure out where exactly the problem is when the factory stalls.
