Hi guys,
Connected one of my office combo of m+k to Switch via usb dongle, and everything is recognized fine except mouse wheel.
Don't have any other game supporting m+k combo, so cannot assess whether it's Switch compatibility issue.
Can you confirm that mouse wheel is recognized properly, for those who play on Switch 2, and if yes, what's the model you're using?
[Switch 2] M+K Supported devices, mouse wheel not recognised

I did a quick test on the Switch 2 with a USB mouse and it works fine(scrolling GUI and zooming).
I assume you set "Keybaord and mouse" input method in the game's control settings?
The model I tested is a Baseus F01B using the USB dongle, but all mice I tested worked. I didn't try Mouse+Keyboard combos so maybe there's some issue with that.

Hi, I’m also having a similar issue with my dongle-connected mouse on switch 2 version of Factorio that I just bought.
Mouse model: Dell MS7421Wc
I don’t have a wired mouse to test with right now, but I could probably grab a cheap one from work next week ha.
I’ve used the same mouse before for many hours on the pc version of factorio, both dongle and Bluetooth connected, and did not have an issue.
I’ve managed to zoom though by rebinding zoom to shift arrow up and down on the keyboard, but it is a bit annoying.
