Replacing a flip vertical recycler puts output to original position instead of picking up the setting of the recycler that's being replaced.
Do if not seen and changed flipped vertical again. items get dumped on ground

The related recycler gets set to what the recycler in the cursor is configured to. You can observe that in the preview before placing it.
