[2.1.17] Setting Limit for personal Logistic Request to 0-inf. causes Items to be Auto-trashed

When setting a personal logistic request for any item with the limits 0 to inf. with the Trash unrequested option, any item of that type will get trashed automatically.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable personal Logistics
2. Enable Trash Unrequested
3. Have some items in your inventory (e.g. 100 Iron Plates)
4. Create a Logistics Request for 0 to inf. Iron Plates

expected behavior:

Inventory will stay in tact (0-inf. -> don't care how many, do not deliver and do not trash)

actual behavior:

100 Iron Plates in Inventory will get trashed.
