Mod upload error: "Unknown error (PY)" since August 23rd

Hello,
I am getting an error while trying to upload a new patch for my mod on the Factorio mod portal. This issue started on August 23rd, and I haven't been able to update the mod since then.
I have attached the mod file to this post as requested by the error message. Could you please help me figure out what is causing this issue or check if it's a backend problem?
