Can't remove X from chest after deleting a blueprint marked to be removed by logistic bots

The whole situation is kind of weird. Basically, I had a blueprint stuck in a rocket silo inventory. I clicked right click instead of what I wanted to do, which is send the blueprint with me to the rocket (????) and so my logistic bots took it to the logistic Buffer chest. Then I panicked because I wanted to ship the book, and so I (maybe also shift+) right clicked again in the chest and a red X appeared on the blueprint, but bots didn't know where to put it. At some point I panicked again, copied the blueprint string to recover my blueprint later, and deleted the blueprint. Then the red X got stuck in the chest, and the logistic error message appeared but no blueprint:

What did you do? I tried to explain it in my paragraph above, please let me know if I didn't do it properly. Also, I have the savegame if want to see the problem.
What happened? The image shows the weird logistic state of the chest
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway! Honestly, I expected I could send a blueprint book with me without needing to send it in a separate whole rocket. Also crazy I can bring weapons with me but not blueprint books, which are generated by the user. Especially since I could "transfer" it via blueprint book string
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes? I only tried once
