[2.1.14] Directx crash

1. playing facotrio on a space age server (not host) while watching a video on my second monitor
2. had a crash that went to a black screen, AMD driver caught the crash and report sent to them. restarted game, had another crash this time with facotorio saying its a Directx error
3. i expected factorio to not crash, and once it did to boot back up to normal so i could hop back in
4. does not happen often. this is the first time i've seen factorio catch the error

This is a problem between the driver and the GPU itself.
