EMP fluid need some fixing. It doesn't have limits how high it's fluid can stack

Any reason the EM Plant alone needs to have it this way? Is it the fluid passthrough of them?

It applies to all entities of assembling machine prototype with pass through connection: viewtopic.php?p=699002#p699002 which afaik is only the EM plant in vanilla.
